We send small orders in Australian made Ecocern envelopes made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper. Larger orders are usually sent in Australia Post Parcel Post satchels, often with salvaged cardboard and bubble wrap inside to protect your goods.
Goods are normally packed and posted to the delivery address that you supplied using Australia Post’s standard services within 1-2 business days of us receiving payment for your order. The full postage rate is automatically calculated according to the products that you’ve purchased – if you think that it’s wrong, let us know. No handling fee is charged.
Delivery within Australia can be typically be expected within 6 business days. There can be delays in postal services, if your purchase hasn’t arrived please allow an extra few days before contacting us.

Digital goods can be accesses via a link that is sent to the email address that you provided after payment has been received. A full refund will be offered for any digital purchase that is unable to be opened or downloaded by the customer.
Return / Refund Policy
If a physical product arrives in a unacceptable state by the postal or courier service, then we ask that you provide a digital photo of the damage to the product upon delivery for assessment.
If the product does not arrive for some reason, we’ll aim to find the cause of the problem and resend the product as appropriate. If the incorrect delivery address was provided, and the goods cannot be returned, then the cost must be covered by the customer. If an incorrect address was supplied and the items were returned, then postage costs need to be paid for by the customer for the item to be resent.
An order can be cancelled, with a full refund, if it has not yet been sent.
It is the customers responsibility to provide a suitable delivery destination for physical goods, a suitable mail box or undercover area that is protected from the weather. Leave a note on your order if special delivery instructions are required and we will include this on your package.
