“Shopping with a Conscience”

Workshops and supermarket tours. Held once a month on Thursday evening. 2 ½ hours. Session in three parts:

• information on principles for making a ‘best choice' and issues relating to supermarket products
• shop at local supermarket, putting theory to practice
• a light supper with well-chosen purchases, opportunity to give feedback, and share experiences
